Ingredients:
- 8 oz block of feta cheese
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin purée
- 2 Tablespoons Royal Honey (plus more for serving)
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme) (plus more for topping)
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Chopped pecans (for topping)
- Pepitas (for topping)
Directions:
1. Whip feta and Greek yogurt in food processor until smooth.
2. Add pumpkin purée, Royal Honey, thyme, and black pepper and blend again until combined.
3. Transfer to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes (or overnight).
4. When ready to serve, garnish with chopped pecans, pepitas, thyme, and honey.
5. Serve with crusty bread, crackers, and carrot sticks! Enjoy!
